Create a custom WebSphere Portal profile in WPS8.5

On the Configuration Wizard home page, click More Options to find Create a WebSphere Portal Profile.

After creating these steps, custom_profile is created.  

For custom_profile to support, wpsdb1 instance is created in derby database.

 Now you can login using custom websphere profile.
