In addition to sharing personal folders to Communities, you can now
create folders in a Community and use them to organize files within that
Community.
To use Community Folders feature,Connection 4.5 needs to install CR4.
Configuring Community Folders
To enable this feature, follow these steps:
1. Add this setting to the files-config.xml configuration file, inside the <config [ . . . ]></config> tags:
<folder>
<community>
<communityFolder enabled="true"/>
</community>
</folder>
2. Synchronize and Restart the Connections server.
Creating Community Folders
Create a community and add file widget.
In file widget ,you will see "Add files" and "Add folders" link in file widget
Click " Add folders".Choose Create New Folder.
Enter Name as "Communityfoldertest"
Note: The Community folder can reference files from the following sources:
