Assign user as Portal Admin in WebSphere Portal Server 8.0



Log into WebSphere Portal using admin user. Click "Resource Permissions" .


In Right hand side Click "Virutal Resources"



Click  "Portal"



Click "Edit Role"



Click "Add"



Choose "Users" Option.


 
Type user name.
